Return & Refund Policy

We value your business and want you to be fully informed before making a purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as all of our products are custom or special-ordered and handled with care.

All Sales Are Final (with Exceptions)

Because all items are specially ordered, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@soundofheaven.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process your claim, please:

  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, you may request an exchange. Exchanges follow this process:

  • The original item must be in unused, like-new condition, with original packaging

  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning and reshipping the item

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Special Occasion Return (If Approved)

On rare occasions and at our discretion, we may approve a return for items that are not damaged or defective. If approved:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Returns must be requested and approved in writing. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds (If Applicable)

For approved returns (damaged or special occasion):

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return

  • If approved, a refund (minus any restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@soundofheaven.com.
